Adaptogens are products, such as herbs or fungi, which help your body stay in balance. Ashwagandha, for example, contributes to mental and energy resilience. Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) and Tulsi (sacred basil) herbs and the Chaga mushroom are traditionally used for the same reasons.
Moderately roasted and rich coffee taste
Coffee goes well with extracts and has a rich coffee taste with caramel notes. Add milk, sweetener or herbs and spices to taste. You can also have this coffee as a base for BulletProof coffee.

Take in the morning or in the afternoon. Take one portion a day to start.
Hot coffee: Mix 1 sachet with 240 ml (8 oz liq.) Hot water.
Cold infusion: Mix 1 sachet with 180 ml (6 oz liq.) Heat water, add ice cubes and let cool.
Add milk (vegetable), coconut oil or cinnamon to taste.
